GLSS offers a variety of programs and services that help people of all ages better manage their health and well-being.
Serving MassHealth members age 3-64 who are enrolled in ACO and MCO health plans and live in over 60 communities across the North Shore and Merrimack Valley.
Serving consumers who are dually eligible for MassHealth and Medicare and are age 21-64 and who live in 19 cities and towns in Essex County, from Lynn to Rockport.
The Phoenix Food Hub serves people of all ages in and around the Lynn area—a one-stop shop near Central Square where individuals and families at risk of nutrition insufficiency can access a variety of resources to help them better manage their overall health and well-being.
